Bauhaus achieves WELL Core & Shell Gold Certification

One of our CAT A refurb projects Bauhaus has achieved WELL Core & Shell Gold Certification under the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) on behalf of the Green Business Certification Inc! Boasting excellent features including an emphasis on natural materials, an abundance of planting and even a rooftop garden, the refurbishment was a great opportunity for us to apply our knowledge & understanding of Well Standards.
