Unveiling the Design Concept Behind Newly Launched Eden at New Bailey

We’re excited to share the inspiration behind our latest commercial project, "Flourish," at Eden, New Bailey.

This project draws its creative energy from the building’s awe-inspiring façade—a living wall that features over 350,000 plants, making it the largest of its kind in Europe. This remarkable feature not only elevates the building's visual appeal but also reflects our client's deep commitment to sustainability and the well-being of everyone who steps inside.

Inside, we designed a vibrant social hub and mezzanine level that cater to the needs of both tenants and the local community, seamlessly integrating with the building’s eco-friendly exterior. The result is a dynamic space where nature and design converge to create a welcoming environment.

A standout feature of this project is the stunning central sculptural piece located in the ground floor hub. Developed in collaboration with the talented team at Light Forms Ltd, this artwork takes inspiration from close-up photos of carbon rods. The piece is constructed from recycled tubes and suspended rods, brought to life by a bespoke LED fitting. This installation serves as a powerful symbol of the building’s dedication to carbon reduction and sustainable practices.

We’re incredibly proud of "Flourish" and the sustainable design approach we’ve taken to bring this project to life.
