We are pleased to share that our Associate Director Sarah Dabbs has been featured in an interview with Design Insider discussing her inspirations and advice to other female designers. A great read and very fitting for this International Women's Day whilst we continue to celebrate the achievements of the talented, passionate women in our team and those of the amazing women we work with daily across the industry.

“I think greater equality of all types – gender, ethnicity, orientation and class – makes things more sustainable because better representation means lived experience feeds into all the things we design, make and use. If they’re right and true, those voices are then clearly heard by their audience, which means the end product is received well and will have a longer life cycle.”
