First Look: Transforming 40 Spring Gardens for Aviva Investors

We are thrilled to announce the completion of our latest project, the interior design for 40 Spring Gardens, Manchester. This office, part of the prestigious Aviva Commercial Hub, embodies the essence of spring, symbolising freshness, growth, and renewal.

The refurbishment of 40 Spring Gardens sought to give the space a new lease of life and reflect its prestigious sought-after address

Our design concept was inspired by the dynamic qualities of spring, with a focused on creating an environment that promotes seamless flow and transition, interspersed with elements of drama and intrigue. This approach ensured that every corner of the office was not only functional but also captivating.

By translating the essence of spring into the interior through thoughtful use of texture, form, lighting, and colour palette, we were able to seamlessly blend contemporary thinking with cutting-edge workplace design. The result is a space that not only meets the functional needs of a modern office but also inspires creativity, collaboration, and well-being among its occupants.
