We were approached to design a number of hospitality suites for Accrington Stanley Football Club, at the Wham Stadium. Named after former club manager John Coleman, Coley’s Bar is a fan experience which prioritises sports, the club and community.
The design is industrial, with the energy and atmosphere of a sports bar. There is a warm and inviting feel, demonstrated through brick, timber and brown leather.
Operationally, the space is designed to accommodate a sudden influx of fans and serving large crowds at speed on match days, with high tables and very generous circulation space to accommodate standing guests.
Joinery elements house memorabilia to celebrate the club, adding to the overall atmosphere. Finishes are raw yet warm to suit the industrial aesthetic.
