We were commissioned for the CAT A interior design and wayfinding of One Victoria Street, a new build office based in Windsor. The scheme has proved popular with various awards and was included in Material Source's top 5 interiors for 2021. We have since been commissioned to design the CAT B space for the whole building.

The project had a remit encompassing the designs for the reception and ground floor business lounge, the circulation area lift lobbies and WCs, as well as two roof terrace areas on the building’s 3rd and 4th floors. The variety of spaces within the scheme offers best-in-class contemporary working and will service the live/work needs of 21st century businesses and attract the most ambitious and forward-thinking companies, looking for long-term sustainability and employee satisfaction.

Directly inspired by Windsor’s woodlands, our design concept sought to create an environment with a natural emphasis, where employees can feel inspired, motivated and energised. The variety in the surrounding Windsor Park with its ancient woods, sweeping deer lawns, lakes and coverts was drawn upon to create a rich and varied experience, and a range of different spaces empower users with flexibility and choice.
