SpaceInvader Unveils Aldermore’s Apex Plaza Office: A Workplace with Purpose
At SpaceInvader, we believe workplace design should go beyond aesthetics, it should inspire, engage, and evolve with the needs of its people. Our latest project with Aldermore at Apex Plaza in Reading is a testament to this philosophy, redefining how space can shape culture, collaboration, and identity.
A workplace designed for growth and innovation
Set within Reading’s thriving tech hub, Aldermore’s new office is more than just a space, it’s a strategic investment in their future. Building on the success of our first collaboration at Broadgate Tower, we worked closely with Aldermore to create a workplace that embodies their forward-thinking approach to finance. The result is a multi-layered, dynamic environment that seamlessly blends functionality with storytelling, embracing heritage, innovation, and flexibility in equal measure.
Every element of the new office has been carefully considered to enhance creativity, collaboration, and employee wellbeing. Focused work zones incorporate biophilic design principles, bringing in natural light, greenery, and warm, tactile materials to create a calming and productive atmosphere. Wellness spaces take inspiration from organic forms, providing a restorative environment that supports the ever-evolving needs of a modern workforce.
Aldermore’s newest workplace is designed to adapt and evolve, supporting both their operational needs today and their long-term ambitions. Flexibility and innovation are at the heart of the design, ensuring that the space remains an inspiring and functional environment for years to come.
We are incredibly proud to have partnered with Aldermore on this progressive commercial workplace, shaping a space that fosters connection, creativity, and growth.
