Celebrating Thought Leadership at SpaceInvader

Bethany Gibson, Associate Designer

We are incredibly proud of our Associate Designer, Beth Gibson, for contributing her insights to Design Insider’s new editorial series, Workplace Matters. This new series explores thought-provoking perspectives on workplace design, and Beth’s article, "The Mandatory Return to the Office", offers a valuable take on one of the most debated topics in the industry today.

In her piece, Beth reflects on the complexities surrounding post-pandemic workplace strategies. Drawing on her extensive experience in workplace design, she explores the balance between the benefits of in-office collaboration and the flexibility of remote working. Her insights highlight key considerations for business leaders, including how to foster company culture, support neurodivergent staff, manage financial implications, and promote employee wellbeing.

Beth’s contribution is a fantastic example of the expertise and forward-thinking approach that defines SpaceInvader. We are incredibly proud to see her insights shared with a wider audience and contributing to meaningful conversations within the industry.
