Eden New Bailey Shortlisted for Prestigious FX International Design Award

We are thrilled to announce that SpaceInvader has been shortlisted in the esteemed FX International Design Awards 2024 in the UK Workplace Category. Our project, Eden, New Bailey, has earned recognition as one of the UK's most environmentally friendly office buildings, and we couldn’t be prouder of this achievement.

Situated in the heart of Salford, Eden is a key component of the £1 billion Salford Central regeneration masterplan, led by The English Cities Fund. Designed with sustainability and wellbeing at its core, the building is part of an ambitious vision to create workplaces that not only meet the needs of today but also set a high benchmark for the future. As a development with a strong focus on achieving net zero operational carbon, Eden promotes resource efficiency while offering a vibrant, healthy environment for its occupants.
